AT Environmental

To better assist the needs of our clients in the environmental area and to reduce risks to clients, Armstrong Teasdale developed a subsidiary, AT Environmental, LLC.  The advent of financial tools, primarily insurance—to predict and insure against the consequences of historic soil and groundwater contamination—has provided risk managers, attorneys and chief financial officers with the opportunity to view environmental risk in a new way. AT Environmental works with insurance brokers and concentrates on complex matters that often result in a tailored, site-specific insurance program.

The PREVENE Group

The PREVENE Group is a law specialty group focused on positioning companies to protect their reputation and their assets from the devastation of criminal and significant civil liabilities by addressing compliance issues with the prosecutor’s perspective. Recognizing that prosecutors and federal agents look at issues differently than the business community, The PREVENE Group employs former federal prosecutors and agents to enhance companies’ corporate governance and compliance programs. With years of investigative experience, The PREVENE Group brings the knowledge, insight and ability to look at conduct and issues from the prosecutor’s perspective and to identify, and stop, potential criminal conduct before it starts. The former prosecutors and agents work with lawyers thoroughly engaged in the compliance arena to generate a culture of integrated integrity-based performance by supplementing existing programs or completely restructuring floundering programs.
