Armstrong Teasdale Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer
Armstrong Teasdale announces that Scott Graves, a senior level financial executive and CPA with more than 20 years of professional business experience, has joined the firm as chief financial officer. Scott has a solid track record of leading and advising executive management, and managing internal finance departments. His past experience spans many disciplines, including international business, engineering, human resources and payroll, mergers and acquisitions, information systems, and process improvement and innovation.

Most recently, Graves was the chief financial officer and vice president of finance at Duke Manufacturing, a privately held hardware and software manufacturer. He was responsible for driving the transformation of a small entrepreneurial-run company to a mid-size, management-run enterprise. Prior to that, Graves was the chief financial officer and vice president of finance at Crane Merchandising Systems for five years, where he successfully integrated four major acquisitions for the company. He also worked for 15 years in a variety of financial roles, with increasing responsibility, for Emerson Electric, including its Process Management and Climate Technologies businesses.
Graves received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and his Executive MBA from the John M. Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Graves will work in Armstrong Teasdale’s St. Louis office.
