Significant Accomplishments

• Selected as a 2009 Up & Coming Lawyer by Missouri Lawyers Weekly

• Represented the City of St. Louis in connection with tax increment financing of $8 million for the Saint Louis University arena.
• Created the largest TDD in the State, which financed the local share of a $130 million project to upgrade U.S. Highway 36/Interstate 72 to a four-lane expressway across Northeast Missouri
• Represented the Mills Corporation in the development of a super regional enclosed value and entertainment retail mall in Hazelwood by creating a transportation development district to finance over $47 million in road improvements
• Represented the City of Hannibal in connection with a $24 million retail development involving $9.5 million in combined TIF/TDD assistance
• Represented the City of Chesterfield in the creation of a TDD in cooperation with St. Louis County to fund over $25 million in transportation improvements throughout the Chesterfield Valley
• Represented Opus Northwest in the development of a 350,000 square foot retail development in the City of Dardenne Prairie by creating a TDD to finance over $18 million in road improvements
