Aubyn Krulish Joins Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services Group in Denver

Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States and in China, proudly announces the addition of associate Aubyn Krulish to its Corporate Services practice group. Based in the firm’s Denver office, Krulish advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic business transactions, corporate restructuring transactions (including spin-offs and split-offs), strategic growth, general corporate and business matters, corporate governance, private equity, corporate finance, and commercial contracts. 

Assisting clients from a broad range of industries, Krulish enjoys learning the intricacies of each company, from large publicly traded companies to emerging companies and startups. 

In order to help clients obtain their desired outcomes, Krulish understands their legal and business needs, advises on associated risks, provides creative solutions on legal issues, and maintains clients’ goals as the central focus of all representation. 

She earned her J.D., Order of St. Ives, and M.S. in Legal Administration from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Krulish received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Northern Colorado, and is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
