Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States and in China, proudly announces the addition of Litigation associate Cindy N. Pham. Her practice focuses on business, commercial and intellectual property litigation, as well as copyright and trademark prosecution and enforcement.
Pham has extensive experience in commercial litigation matters in numerous areas, including business-to-business disputes, business torts, breach of contracts, loan enforcement actions, construction, mechanics’ liens, insurance, regulatory issues, racketeering, consumer fraud class actions, defamation, privacy and professional liability.
Her intellectual property experience includes counseling clients on domestic and international copyright and trademark protection, initiating and handling trademark opposition proceedings, managing discovery phases for patent litigation and drafting Markman briefs. She also has experience with proceedings before the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including preparing petitions and responses in Inter Partes Review proceedings.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Pham was an associate at an international law firm. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and before the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit.
Pham is based in the firm’s Denver office.
