Armstrong Teasdale Recognized for Client Service by Fortune 1000 Companies

Armstrong Teasdale LLP was among only 100 law firms in the nation cited by general counsel for differentiating itself through exceptional client service in a recent survey. The survey was conducted by BTI Consulting Group Inc. (BTI). BTI interviewed more than 270 general counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies, asking them to define outstanding client service and identify law firms that deliver it, unprompted and by name.

The results of this objective, independent research are being published in the 8th annual report, The Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms: The BTI Client Service A-Team 2009.

In addition to the recognition received by the firm, Partners Daniel J. Godar and Edward R. Spalty were specifically identified by clients for delivering truly superior client service. Spalty was designated as an "MVP" for being one of only 29 lawyers to be named for at least two consecutive years. One hundred seventy-six attorneys were named to The BTI Client Service All-Star Team 2009, which recognizes lawyers who "deliver outstanding legal skills enveloped in a rare combination of practical business knowledge, extraordinary attention to client needs and noteworthy responsiveness," and who "instill a confidence and trust reserved only for the most valued and strategic business partners."
