Armstrong Teasdale Elects New Partners

Armstrong Teasdale is pleased to announce that Casey O. Housley and Mark L. Stoneman have been elected to partnership effective January 1, 2005.

In announcing the new partners, Chairman Kenneth F. Teasdale noted that the three were elected due to their outstanding accomplishments in their respective areas of practice.

Casey O. Housley (Kansas City) is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. His practice includes representation in litigation and appellate work with an emphasis on product liability litigation. Housley is a member of The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Kansas Inns of Court, Defense Research Institute, Oklahoma Bar Association, American Boat & Yacht Council and National Fire Protection Association. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1996 and his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas in 1992.

Mark L. Stoneman (St. Louis) is a member of the Firm’s Business Services Department and is Practice Area Leader of the Strategic Services Practice Area. He advises clients in negotiating business acquisitions and joint ventures. In addition to traditional business acquisitions, Stoneman has been involved in a number of acquisitions or divestitures where real estate was the sole or primary asset. In this capacity, he has acquired expertise in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate. Stoneman is a member of various bar associations and committees related to his practice. He received his M.Acc. degree in 2002, his J.D. degree in 1996, and his B.S. degree, cum laude, in 1993, each from the University of Missouri. While in law school, he was a member of the Order of Coif and Missouri Law Review. In recognition of his academic performance in the Masters of Accounting program, he was awarded the Pacioli Award, which is given by the faculty to a single outstanding accounting graduate student in any year.
