Stockberger, McPherson, and Kaveney selected for Publication in March Issue of In-House Quarterly

DRI, the national organization of defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel, has selected an article co-authored by Jim Stockberger, Jeff McPherson and Brian Kaveney for publication in this month's issue of In-House Quarterly. The article "What in-house counsel needs to know about Missouri's Tort Reform Legislation," summarizes House Bill 393 modifications to Venue, Damages, and Collateral Source Rule in Missouri tort cases.
