Corporate Services Group

The Corporate Services Group (CSG) provides comprehensive representation in all areas of business law, corporate finance and investment. Clients of the CSG include large, publicly-held corporations; small, privately-held corporations; start-up companies seeking financing; seasoned public companies raising additional capital; entrepreneurs and individuals. The attorneys within the CSG are experienced in every aspect of corporate law and handle matters ranging from Sarbanes-Oxley and general corporate governance compliance issues to complex mergers and acquisitions. In addition, the attorneys within the CSG demonstrate proficiency in the areas of counseling public companies in meeting their reporting and disclosure obligations to acting as counsel to underwriters in debt and equity offerings.
