seeking damages for exposure to PCBs (polychlorinated biphyenyls) while the plaintiff was
inspecting a hazardous waste disposal vehicle. Plaintiff sought more than $10
million and the jury returned a defense verdict.
Lead trial attorney in 4-week jury trial of
consolidated class actions seeking damages caused by alleged underground
migration of natural gas. The
plaintiff classes consisted of over 26,000 landowners and 1,800 business owners and sought in
excess of $80 million.
Lead trial attorney in 5-week jury trial of two businesses seeking damages for
explosion and fire relating to underground migration of natural gas.
