Protocols are used to assist clients in managing a catastrophic explosion, fire or electrocution event to produce a successful resolution. The resolution can be trial, settlement, recovery, cost avoidance or risk sharing mechanism, total risk transfer, or any number of ends compatible with the available, obtainable goals.
