The Firm’s Financial Restructuring, Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group represents financial institutions, corporate creditors, distressed companies, corporate debtors, and creditor constituency groups, such as secured lender groups, unsecured creditor organizations and unsecured creditors’ committees and bondholder groups. Our bankruptcy practice involves all aspects of corporate debtor, creditor and constituent group representations.
