The Products Liability Practice Group’s knowledge and experience assists clients throughout the Midwest in various industries, including food, drugs, energy, chemical, gas and petroleum industries, as well as insurers, individuals, and businesses that are impacted by these industries.
The attorneys within the Products Liability Practice Group possess substantial experience with different types of products involving a wide variety of services and businesses. Additionally, we are organized into subgroups that focus on the various industries and specific types of defendants such as manufacturers, defendant successor corporations, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
