Brian Kaveney gave a presentation on "Current Issues in the Law: An Analysis of Missouri Tort Reform" at the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers’ Annual Conference. (Branson, Missouri) (June 2007)

Brian Kaveney was an honorary panel member for a USA&M seminar titled "Current Issues in the Law: Tort Reform." The seminar was presented to 200 attorneys at the Washington University School of Law.

Paul Kovacs and Craig Moore published an article in the May-June 2005 issue of the Journal of the Missouri Bar entitled “Legal Malpractice Claims, Avoidance and Defense: If an Attorney Who Represents Himself Has a Fool for a Client, Who Are You Representing?

Chad Silker’s article, “New Discovery Rules Go Into Effect January 1, 2006” was published in the Winter 2006 issue of The Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers Newsletter.

The American Bar Association published a book entitled, “Erisa Survey of Federal Circuits” containing a chapter written by Matt Shorey and Clark Cole on 8th Circuit ERISA law.

On August 24, 2005 Paul Kovacs spoke in a CLE program entitled “Specific Types of Cross-Examination in Missouri” on the topic of how to cross-examine a medical expert.

In September, 2005, Clark Cole spoke to a group of physicians at a dinner symposium sponsored by Greenbrook Financial Services. The topic was the new tort reform legislation in Missouri. Clark debated plaintiff’s attorney John Wallach on the subject.

On September 14, 2005, Tom Weaver spoke at a Missouri Bar Appellate Practice Seminar in Kansas City, Missouri.

On September 29, 2005, Tom Weaver spoke at the Missouri Bar Appellate Practice Seminar in St. Louis regarding “Should You Really Appeal? Things Every Lawyer Must Consider to Advise the Client Whether to Appeal in a Civil Case.”

On November 5, 2005, Matt Reh spoke at a Missouri Bar CLE program entitled “Essentials of Missouri Practice” in Columbia, Missouri.

On November 29, 2005, Jim Virtel participated in a voir dire examination presentation at the University of Missouri Law School. The program was sponsored by the Missouri Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
