Industry Involvement

Many Products Liability Practice Group attorneys are respected leaders in the industry, sharing their knowledge and experience by teaching others through presentations, articles and newsletters. This dynamic industry participation is depicted in the following examples:

• Jim Stockberger is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and is a member of the Product Liability Committee.

• Patrick Kenny is the Editor-In-Chief of The Daubert Online Newsletter, which Defense Research Institute (“DRI”) recently began publishing in January, 2006.

• Karen Baudendistel has served as a guest speaker on the “Recent Developments in Products Liability” at Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (1997-2004).
