Products Liability

Armstrong Teasdale’s Products Liability practice group represents manufacturers, manufacturers of component parts, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, successor corporations, employers, lessors, bailors, licensors, trade associations, and international defendants. In the recent past, we have represented manufacturers of various products such as medical devises, underground mining machinery, automobiles, lawn maintenance equipment, construction equipment, and recreational equipment ranging from watercraft to bicycles. The assignment of claims to the Products Liability practice group derives from in-house counsel for manufacturers, sellers, or distributors and also from liability carriers and adjusting companies.

With offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Jefferson City, the attorney’s within the Products Liability practice group represent various clients throughout the Midwest, particularly Missouri, Kansas, and Southern Illinois. We understand the nuances and characteristics of the venues and have tried cases before many of the judges in each venue. Currently, the Products Liability practice group has a significant number of attorneys handling cases in state and federal courts throughout the country.
