  • Kansas City Royals in connection with all construction-related legal work for a $250 million expansion and renovation of Kauffman Stadium, including, without limitation, providing legal assistance and counsel regarding project delivery strategy and method, selection and engagement of owner's representative and construction manager for the project, compliance with M/WBE, bidding and other legal and contractual requirements, establishing appropriate project insurance program, preparation of all bidding documents, and preparation and negotiation of all contracts for the project.

  • First Potomac Realty Investment Limited Partnership is a series of Virginia acquisitions involving industrial, office and warehouse buildings located in various states.

  • Glen, Smith and Glen in major Las Vegas projects mixed use developments.

  • Opus Corporation in connection with its development of a high rise incentivized residential development in the City of St. Louis, Missouri and shopping center projects in St. Charles County, Missouri.

  • Owner and developer of timeshare projects in Hawaii and the Lake Tahoe area in conjunction with the acquisition, structuring and financing for resorts.

  • Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System in the acquisition of approximately 62,000 acres of timber property located in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. The engagement included the negotiation of associated timber operating and supply agreements.

  • International packaging manufacturer in disposition of multiple sites in U.S. and Canada.

  • International furniture manufacturer in disposition of multiple sites in U.S.

  • Cupples Development, LLC (a subsidiary of Banc of America Community Development Corporation) in the sale of a warehouse building and parking lot in the Cupples Warehouse Complex to Cupples Residential I, LLC, a subsidiary of Historic Restoration, Inc.

  • Hotel developer in national acquisitions of properties.

  • Ameren Corporation's $2.3 billion acquisition of Illinois electric utility Illinois Power Company from Dynegy, Inc.

  • City of St. Louis in multiple redevelopment projects.

  • Centocor Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, in negotiations to obtain tax credits and local property-tax abatement in the purchase of the Wyeth’s biopharmaceutical plant in Berkeley, Missouri.

  • Health care system in conjunction with the purchase, sale and development of hospitals, medical office buildings and other medical facilities, including development of the ownership structure of new buildings in a nationally known medical center with value in excess of $200 million.

  • National wholesale club in the development of seven locations in the Midwest.

  • Developer in incentive-based assembly of 300-parcel project for industrial development, involving multiple political jurisdictions, including local, county, state and airport authorities.

  • Real estate investment and management company in the acquisition of office/industrial properties and financing, with equity and senior debt financing for public sale and mezzanine financing.

  • Gasoline refiner and marketer in the disposition of 700 gasoline retail facilities.
