Every firm claims to offer its employees great “quality of life,” but what does that mean and how many really offer it? Here’s what it means at Armstrong Teasdale…
There are circumstances when flexible work arrangements and telecommuting are needed and we understand that. We have the technology to accommodate it and do all we can to assist lawyers and staff to be more productive.
We don’t believe that “one size fits all” so each individual attorney model is different. This allows for flexibility when needed.
We provide a comprehensive training program that includes technical, marketing and sales, management and soft skills.
At Armstrong Teasdale, we celebrate our successes via a variety of programs for attorneys and staff. Good work, extra effort and acknowledgements by clients are noted and remembered.
Giving back to the communities in which we live and work is important to us—whether it’s volunteering for charitable organizations, serving on a not-for-profit board, making a contribution or providing pro bono services. We know that the satisfaction of helping others is immeasurable.
Armstrong Teasdale was instrumental in the formation of a number of initiatives and programs including The Pro Bono Institute, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’s (BAMSL) St. Louis Internship Program, the Women Lawyers’ Association Law Student Mentorship Program and Kids’ Chance, Inc. Many of our lawyers and staff participate in BAMSL’s Motion for Kids (formerly Project Angel Tree), the Arts & Education Council, St. Louis Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts and with various United Way agencies to mention a few.
We also sponsor novel office activities to raise money for local charities including a dessert auction, a chili cook-off and denim dress-down days.
