A.J. Chivetta is a member of the firm’s International practice group. He represents clients in M&A transactions, import and export transactions, establishing distribution relationships and in making direct foreign investments. He has represented several U.S. clients in acquiring European and Asian businesses.

A.J. is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and has provided representation in the areas of design and construction contracts, real estate acquisitions, leasing and land use planning.
