An experienced litigator, Amy Lorenz-Moser concentrates her practice on complex personal-injury defense, including product liability and toxic tort defense. She has served as national-coordinating counsel on selected litigation for a wide variety of businesses.

In state and federal courts across the country, Amy has successfully defended companies in matters involving products such as child restraints, automobiles, trucks, tires, auto-transport trailers, elevators, escalators, automatic doors, dock levelers, sirens, welding rods, saws, pharmaceuticals, and other consumer and industrial equipment. With respect to toxic and mass tort, Amy has victoriously defended large-scale nuisance actions involving large livestock operations and other industrial facilities. She has also handled numerous toxic-exposure actions involving such substances as lead ore concentrate, formaldehyde, and benzene.

Assisting corporate defendants involved in litigation in difficult state jurisdictions, she has litigated in areas such as Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois, and the City of St. Louis in Missouri. She has also handled litigation in numerous jurisdictions, to include Missouri, Illinois, Alabama, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Mississippi, Arizona, and California. 

Amy regularly handles cases involving catastrophic injuries or death and has extensive experience in all aspects of damages defense, including medical and psychological issues, as well as life-care planning and vocational rehabilitation issues.

Amy also represents victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis through the Missouri Clemency Coalition.
