Jovita M. Foster (St. Louis) practices in the area of employment and labor law litigation. She received her J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law in 2000 and her B.A. degree from the University of Missouri — Columbia in 1997. Foster is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (Commercial Law Committee), Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Missouri Credit Union Commission (Commissioner, 2005-present).
David A. Jermann (Kansas City) focuses his practice in the areas of commercial disputes, business torts, non-compete litigation and securities arbitrations. He received his J.D. degree from George Washington University in 1999 and his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas in 1996. Jermann is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, American Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
Michael B. Kass (St. Louis) concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor law, non-compete and trade secrets litigation and corporate law. He received his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1999 and his B.A. degree in political science from Ohio State in 1996. Kass is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Defense Research Institute.
Scott K.G. Kozak (St. Louis) is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex commercial and toxic tort litigation and securities litigation and arbitration. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School and his B.S.F.S. degree from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service in 1994. Christine L. Schlomann (Kansas City) concentrates her practice in the area of commercial law with an emphasis on banking and bankruptcy law, real estate and public finance and governmental affairs. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri — Columbia School of Law in 1980 and her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from William Woods College in 1977. Schlomann is a member of The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Independent Bankers Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
