Armstrong Teasdale has been named to the BTI Client Service A-Team 2012, an annual report based on client feedback about service excellence. BTI Consulting Group said there are 306 firms named to the 2012 list.
A-Team members are chosen from information collected by BTI during one-on-one interviews with more than 240 corporate counsel and the only way to make the list is to be named by clients for superior service. Armstrong Teasdale is among the only 48.6 percent of last year’s A-Team firms to be named to the 2012 list.
BTI, based in Wellesley, MA, provides strategic research to law firms and general counsel.
