Midwest Real Estate News identified Armstrong Teasdale's
Real Estate practice as a Top Real Estate Law Firm. The ranking was announced in the publication's June "2010 Best of the Best" issue.
Midwest Real Estate News is the region's leader in commercial real estate coverage and distributes to more than 18,000 commercial real estate professionals across the Midwest each month.
Armstrong Teasdale's Real Estate practice group ranked 17th in the survey, which polled more than 300 law firms throughout the Midwest on the number of real estate transactions each firm had completed in the last year, as well as their related dollar values. The poll included firms in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Armstrong Teasdale completed 203 transactions in 2009 with 81 of those deals valued between $5-14 million and 45 at more than $15 million each.
