Armstrong Teasdale LLP announces the addition of six attorneys to the Intellectual Property practice group. With associates Lukas Baldridge, Jared Clark, Darin McCollum, Jacob Mueller, Scott Powell and Mark Thomas in the St. Louis office and Jared Clark in the Las Vegas office, the total number of lawyers in the Intellectual Property practice group has risen to 60. Of those, 52 are licensed patent attorneys.

Associate attorney Lukas M. Baldridge focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. In addition to working with many technologies in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts, he has extensive experience in automotive, refrigeration, control systems and cryogenic technologies. Lukas earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and B.S.E. in civil engineering from Michigan State University. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and the District of Columbia and is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Associate attorney Darin McCollum concentrates on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in the mechanical arts. He earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and B.S. in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University. Darin is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas. Darin is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Jacob R. Mueller is an associate focusing on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications in the aerospace and mechanical arts. He earned his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law and B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University. Jake is admitted to practice in Missouri and is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, American Intellectual Property Law Association and American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Associate attorney Scott R. Powell focuses on patent, trademark and copyright registration and prosecution involving high-technology and computer-related matters. He earned his J.D. from Northern Illinois University and B.S. in computer engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Scott is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Indiana, and is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
Associate attorney Mark A. Thomas prosecutes and defends claims of patent, copyright and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation for individuals and private and public companies involving a wide array of technologies in the mechanical, electrical and chemical arts. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and B.S. in biology from Missouri State University. Mark is admitted to practice in Missouri and is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
