Brant represents clients in litigation matters throughout the nation ranging from consumer fraud class actions to patent infringement cases. He has argued cases in six of the federal circuit courts of appeals, as well as in the Kansas Supreme Court and the Missouri Court of Appeals.

In the telecommunication industry, he counsels in matters concerning sales promotions, marketing and advertising, terms and conditions of service and antitrust.
