Bruce Leslie serves entrepreneurs and small companies, providing practical advice and solutions for a variety of business circumstances. His knowledge of the multifaceted issues that are characteristic in organizational operations enables him to share innovative strategies regarding commercial real estate, gaming law, secured lending transactions and general business matters.
Guiding clients on structure, compliance and governance, Bruce creates and reviews contracts for loans, real estate transactions, business acquisitions and sales, licenses, distribution, internet and software media consulting and joint venture agreements. He also assists in making investments in private equity funds, hedge funds and other alternative investments and fund formation. Bruce drafts opinion letters for lending and business purchase transactions.
Since 2002, Bruce has been involved in the gaming industry as a board member of Pinnacle Entertainment, a NYSE company, which owns and operates casinos and race tracks in Nevada, Louisiana, Indiana and Missouri. He is in the governance, audit and compliance committees.
This position has put him at the forefront of gaming transactions in the regulatory and transactional areas specifically. For casino, restaurant and nightclub owners; operators; suppliers; racetracks; Native American casino developers; and financiers, Bruce handles matters involving real estate, project finance and development, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Bruce also has experience in litigating and resolving commercial cases. He counsels lenders and business owners in disputes involving loans, leases, refinancing and development.
