In state and federal jurisdictions, Chris focuses on matters alleging personal or catastrophic injury and wrongful death. The majority of his cases involve automobiles, forklifts, and other consumer and industrial equipment where he addresses damage issues such as life-care planning and vocational rehabilitation.
For national pharmaceutical companies, Chris defends against alleged personal injury resulting from ingestion involving drugs such as Fosomax™ and Vioxx™, which was one of the largest multi-district litigations in history. He also handles medical device implantation issues.
Chris’ experience extends to the representation of publicly-traded companies in all phases of commercial litigation and complicated class actions.
