Conor P. Flynn

Conor Flynn is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.   Conor has a wide array of litigation experience in state and federal courts, including defending class action cases, counseling clients on the applicability of insurance coverage, and defending directors and officers of failed institutions.

Conor has experience briefing matters before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and Nevada Supreme Court, and has successfully argued appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court.  Conor also has experience in criminal defense matters, including representing clients in various types of cases before trial, during sentencing, and on appeal.


Conor previously served as a law clerk to Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson in the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, as well as Judge Peter H. Carroll in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
