A member of the Litigation practice group, Dione Greene focuses on employment disputes, insurance issues, franchise matters and municipal law.

Employment. Working with individuals, municipalities, school districts and small- to mid-sized businesses, Dione defends and internally investigates cases involving employment disputes. He has successfully defended employers in wrongful discharge cases and also advises employers on how to prevent these types of claims.

Insurance. For insurance companies and their clients, Dione resolves, and litigates if necessary a variety of matters related to coverage disputes and denial, policy violation, refusal to pay, interpleader actions and ERISA claims.

Franchise. Dione represents franchisors as both plaintiffs and defendants. In plaintiff cases, he helps recover damages related to franchise agreements. And when franchisors are sued for actions of another regarding vicarious liability or breach of contract, he defends the action.

Municipal Law. In serving municipalities, Dione deals with all aspects of law that govern or relate to the powers, procedures and operations of state and local governmental units including annexation proceedings, enforcements, garnishments and real estate liens.
