Frank began his legal career working for a Congressman from Illinois while being processed for a position with the U.S. Department of Justice. As a trial attorney in the tax division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., he tried cases around the country.
Early in his career, Frank was elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honorary association limited to one percent of the lawyers in the state of residence of the member and is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice, and the ethics of the profession. Since his election, he has since been active in various roles at the local, regional, and national levels including serving as the Regent for six states and two Canadian Provinces.
