In addition to the St. Louis metropolitan Tier One rankings, Armstrong Teasdale also earned Tier One rankings for its Kansas City metropolitan work in Franchise, Insurance and Trusts & Estates Law. The firm’s Jefferson City office was recognized as a Tier One firm for its work in the Columbia metropolitan area for Government Relations and Personal Injury Litigation.
Based on surveys of approximately 9,000 lawyers and 9,500 clients throughout the United States, including representatives from Fortune 1000 companies, the report includes rankings of law firms in approximately 40 national practice areas and 175 metropolitan areas. Respondents voted on criteria such as a firm's expertise, responsiveness, understanding of a business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, civility, and whether they would refer another client to a firm.
