Jeannie Boettler is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, she assists chemical, biotechnology and life sciences-based companies secure and protect intellectual property rights in a variety of subject matters, including those relating to DNA sequencing techniques, transgenic oils, transgenic plants, gene therapy, antibodies, skin science, absorbent materials, adult and pediatric nutritionals and microencapsulation.

In addition to the preparation and prosecution of patents, Jeannie counsels clients on patentability, validity, freedom-to-operate and other due diligence issues.
