Jennifer Gores is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, where she focuses in the areas of general business litigation and administrative law. She also has experience working on a variety of regulatory, non-profit and general corporate legal matters.

When representing both individuals and Fortune 500 corporations, Jennifer addresses a variety of contractual and business disputes. Many of her cases involve breach of contract, employment matters involving claims of discrimination and wrongful termination or investments gone wrong. She also handles foreclosures for large lenders.

On the transactional side, Jennifer assists landowners with loan closings and refinancing. Nationally, she has provided opinion letters.

Jennifer’s experience extends to working with municipalities. She assists with daily operations and in resolving unexpected problems.
