Joan Archer, a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group, has experience in industries as diverse as animal health, fashion and consumer goods, business seminars, financial services, and chemical distribution. She handles a range of trial and appellate matters involving the following: intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets); complex business disputes; products liability and covenants not to compete. She also counsels on intellectual property portfolio management, including licensing.
