Joan Cohen has extensive experience practicing in the employment law field. She represents and counsels both public and private employers in a wide variety of employment areas, including all aspects of discrimination and harassment law, FMLA, ADA, wage and hour matters, wrongful discharge, employee handbooks, and company policies.

In addition, Joan represents clients before a wide variety of administration agencies, including the EEOC, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor. She is also part of the firm’s Appellate practice group, and has taught harassment law at Saint Louis University School of Law. She is a frequent speaker on a wide range of employment law issues and conducts training seminars for employees at all levels on harassment and other issues.
