John Diehl is a partner in the firm's Real Estate/Public Law and Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on advising businesses, landowners and developers in all aspects of land use processing, real property development and government contracts. John assists businesses and individuals in building strategic relationships, exploring opportunities, and solving issues relating to the expansion of corporate facilities at the local, state and federal government levels. He has extensive experience in redevelopment projects, including obtaining economic development incentives for infrastructure improvement; negotiating conditions of approval from appropriate agencies; and drafting, negotiating and obtaining the approval of general plan amendments, redevelopment plans, zoning amendments and development agreements.
John is a member of the 95th General Assembly of the State of Missouri representing the 87th District (Ladue, Frontenac, Brentwood, Town & Country, Warson Woods, Des Peres, & Rock Hill). Mr. Diehl serves as the Vice Chairman of the House Election Committee. His other committee assignments include Job Creation and Economic Development; Local Government; Judiciary and Fiscal Review.
