A member of the firm's Financial Services practice group, Katherine Dierdorf helps lenders and other creditors increase their return through bankruptcy or informal workouts, liquidation and litigation proceedings.

Due to her experience with Washington University’s exclusive Civil Justice Clinic during law school, she is well-versed in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, as well as negotiation of settlements with opposing counsel.

Katie enjoys being engaged in an active and constantly evolving profession. She believes a winning attitude, sense of purpose, and strong work ethic are keys to success.

Background

Prior to joining the firm, Katie served as a summer associate working primarily in the litigation area.

During law school, Katie was selected to participate in Washington University’s Civil Justice Clinic. Before the St. Louis County Family Court, she served as lead counsel on numerous juvenile justice cases and successfully represented clients in negotiations, hearings and bench trials.
