Larry Sewell started with the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP as a general tax attorney upon graduation from New York University Law School and has spent his entire legal career with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s employee benefits practice group committee and has practiced almost exclusively in that area since 1975. He has experience in other areas of the tax law including corporate redemptions and reorganizations, exempt organizations and practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
