Michael Vander Molen is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. His primary focus is counseling clients in the chemical and chemical engineering sciences on a variety of intellectual property issues, including patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate, as well as the preparation and prosecution of both U.S. and foreign patent applications. Michael has worked on a broad range of technologies, including those relating to polysilicon production, ethanol reforming, glyphosate production and parallel synthesis techniques.
