Molly Thomas is one of Armstrong Teasdale’s most experienced paralegals, serving the firm’s Litigation practice group for 30 years. During this time, she has developed a strong background in security and facility clearance matters as well as employment and labor law. A thorough investigator of facts, Molly maintains impeccable reference files and ensures that all relevant information is considered.
Security Clearance. Molly’s extensive experience helping clients clear security clearance hurdles allows her to provide efficient and cost-effective service. Her responsibilities include reviewing SF-86 questionnaires, statement of reasons and interrogatory answers for national security positions; drafting affidavits for trial exhibits, and organizing and examining evidence.
Employment/Labor Law. In the complex and rapidly evolving world of employment and labor, Molly is an integral part of the research and trial preparation process. Her role includes conducting background research, collecting records and preparation of initial discovery. She also drafts pleading and aids in document production for both agency-related employment cases and state and federal court cases.
