A member of the Employment and Labor and Non-Compete/Trade Secrets practice groups, Narcisa Symank works with employers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies in a wide array of industries.

She advises employers and litigates lawsuits concerning employee compensation and employment agreements, and wrongful termination, discrimination and other claims arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other state and federal laws affecting the workplace.

In addition, Narcisa guides clients and litigates claims concerning non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and the protection of trade secrets.
