Narcisa counsels employers on employment matters ranging from every-day personnel issues to investigations of sexual harassment complaints and threats of workplace violence.  She also represents employers before administrative agencies and in state and federal court. She advises employers and litigates lawsuits concerning employee compensation and employment agreements, and wrongful termination, discrimination and other claims arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other state and federal laws affecting the workplace.

In addition, Narcisa guides clients and litigates claims concerning non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and the protection of trade secrets.
