Quinn Murphy ’96 (MBA ’98) stays focused on and off the court. The courtroom, that is. This business-savvy litigation partner of Armstrong Teasdale LLP takes his lawyering skills to the next level by combining his experience as a Drury basketball player with the insight of an officer of the court.
Murphy became interested in the legal profession during his time as the Assistant Greene County Jury Supervisor, his first job after Drury. Missing the thrill of the basketball court, he found the same excitement he felt in Weiser Gymnasium within the courtroom of the Greene County Courthouse. Charged with the challenge of achieving his dream of becoming a trial lawyer, he went on to attend St. Louis University and earned his law degree. Now, Murphy has been named one of the Up & Coming Lawyers of 2011 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
