Roger Walker concentrates his practice in the areas of energy, environmental law, regulatory compliance, enforcement and administrative law, and all environmental media. He also advises clients on property transactions involving environmental contamination.

Roger helped create and serves as Chairman of the Board of the Missouri Energy Initiative (MEI), a 501(c)(3) designed to encourage creative collaborations, promote sustainable energy projects, and serve as an independent "think tank" on emerging energy issues.

Roger currently serves as Executive Director of the Regulatory Environmental Group for Missouri (REGFORM), a business association, where he focuses on a broad spectrum of environmental compliance, energy, regulatory, and enforcement issues.

Background

Prior to joining the firm, Roger served as a staff attorney for the Department of Energy (DOE), Bonneville Power Administration. He also served as General Counsel for the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and clerked for The Honorable Stephen B. Limbaugh, Jr., Supreme Court of Missouri.
