Scott Jansen is primarily assigned to the firm’s Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, insurance coverage and defense, products liability, wrongful death, business litigation and tort and complex trial litigation. He also provides clients with Corporate Services, primarily regarding issues of corporate governance and advising non-profits on a variety of contract issues. A former police officer, Scott represents law enforcement officers in departmental administrative matters.
