Tami Keller serves lenders and borrowers in a variety of different industries in connection with commercial loan transactions and construction-based acquisitions.

Currently, the majority of the transactions Tami handles involve asset-based lending. She facilitates business deals related to the due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation necessary to close and maintain single-lender and syndicated asset-based financings.

Tami counsels lenders and investors on transactions regarding low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, new markets tax credits, renewable energy tax credits and corresponding state tax credits. She guides in all aspects of each transaction, including preparing organizational, syndication and related documents; working closely with accountants to ensure the proper treatment of the projected tax benefits; issuing opinions; and advising on compliance with federal and state laws.

The balance of Tami’s practice includes representing owners and developers in the development, acquisition and leasing of real estate.
