Vance Miller has represented management in all aspects of labor relations and employment matters since 1978. He has represented both small and large corporations in matters before State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, Missouri Commission on Human Rights, Illinois and Missouri Division of Employment Security and OFCCP. He has experience handling issues of age, race and disability discrimination defense; labor arbitration; union contract negotiations, NLRB proceedings, including union representation and unfair labor practice matters; establishment and administration of affirmative action plans; OFCCP audits, compliance reviews and agency proceedings, Wage and Hour investigations and litigation, wrongful discharge and employment-at-will matters, executive employment, arrangements, noncompetition agreements and ERISA matters.
