Biography
Amy Simon is a senior paralegal in the Litigation practice group. She has extensive experience in litigation case management, from lawsuit initiation to trial or settlement. Her knowledge includes matters related to product liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice, including managing and investigating claims, discovery matters and witness meetings.
Amy has worked with insurance carriers, physician experts, opposing counsel and outside agencies and is skilled at conducting legal research and background research. She also has experience participating in mediation.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Amy was a claims and litigation coordinator for a university school of medicine.
