Ana Pantoja is a legal project manager supporting attorneys in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group.
With more than three decades of legal experience, Ana supports cooperative and condominium clients in a number of matters, including preparing and following through on notices of default and termination, property liens, summonses and complaints, Notices of Petition, and Petition and Warrant of Evictions; contacting delinquent unit owners and shareholders for failure to pay monthly common charges and maintenance; and commencing Civil and Supreme Court actions in connection with common charge and maintenance delinquencies. She also prepares documents and acts as a transfer agent for sales of cooperatives.
For litigation matters, she helps prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and drafting legal documents including briefs, pleadings and appeals, and files pleadings with the court clerk.
Ana is experienced at legal research and at using Westlaw, ACRIS and the NYSCEF system, as well as the Microsoft suite and other tools. She is also a New York notary public.
Prior to joining the firm, Ana was a paralegal and legal assistant at another New York area law firm.
