Biography
Andy Kerman’s wide-ranging law career has included advising heads of state, entrepreneurs and people from all walks of life in the U.K. and abroad.
He has considerable experience in contentious and non-contentious work, including both corporate and personal litigation, defamation, matrimonial (both financial and children), art trade matters, lottery fund applications, wrongful dismissal claims, employment contracts, commercial acquisitions and disposals, and trust disputes and reorganizations.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Andy was co-founder and senior partner of Kerman & Co. in London, which he founded with Daniel O’Connell in 1998. Under their leadership the firm grew to more than 50 attorneys and staff and was ranked by the Legal 500 as one of the leading U.K. law firms across several practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, immigration, sports law, energy and natural resources and litigation. Prior to that, he was a partner at Forsyte Kerman, a firm founded by his father, Isidore, in 1927.
