Biography

Barbara Bathe brings two decades of legal experience to her work as a specialist in Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group. She provides support to the firm’s trial lawyers on appellate filings, docketing and document production. Her background includes management of a high volume of complex litigation matters. She drafts pleadings, including complex motions, as well as discovery responses; conducts legal research; and assists with preparation for hearings, trials and appeals. Her broad knowledge enhances her effectiveness in supporting firm attorneys in an array of client matters.

In addition, Barbara supports attorneys in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group on bankruptcy litigation matters. She also has experience with corporate and probate matters.

Barbara is proficient in numerous research and case management tools including Westlaw, LexisNexis, Relativity, iCONECT-XERA, Tapestry Land Records, REJIS and Ontellus.

Background

Before joining Armstrong Teasdale, Barbara was a paralegal for the Twenty Second Judicial Circuit of Missouri and at another St. Louis area law firm.
